How a sleep consultation with Project Neonato works
From the free introductory call to WhatsApp support: what to expect, step by step, if you decide to work together.

Asking for support with your child's sleep can feel like a big step. Here is a concrete overview of how I work, so you can decide calmly.
The introductory call
Everything starts with a free 15-minute call. It helps us get to know each other, understand what you need and decide together whether and how I can help. There is no commitment.
The session
During the consultation we look at your situation: your child's sleep, your habits, your family organisation and what you would like to change (or keep). I don't arrive with a ready-made method: we build realistic strategies together.
After the session
You receive a PDF with the agreed guidance. If you chose an option with support, we can keep in touch on WhatsApp while you put the plan into practice.
What you won't find
- Crying left unanswered as a tool to teach sleep.
- Obligations to drop night feeds.
- Promises of guaranteed results.
Consultations are for information and support and do not replace your paediatrician's assessment.
